Poly Kaniz Fatima
Poly Kaniz Fatima is the founder of M&H Accounting Services. She holds a Master's in Accounting from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business, where she also studied Information Technology.
Her entire career has been in New York City. She started as a staff accountant processing hundreds of invoices every week, then moved into a senior accounting role at a Bronx-based waste management company where she managed full-cycle accounts payable and weekly payroll. From there she served as the bookkeeper for a medical practice in Queens, handling AP, AR, reconciliations, budgeting, and month-end close in both QuickBooks and Sage Intacct. Today she is the Corporate Accounting Manager at Mediterranean Shipping Company, one of the largest shipping and logistics companies in the world, where she oversees monthly close, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, payroll entries, and financial reporting.
That range of experience is what she brings to every client at M&H. She has seen how accounting works at every level, from a single-location medical office to a global corporation with operations on every continent. She knows what clean books look like and what it takes to maintain them month after month.
She started M&H because she wanted to work directly with business owners and deliver accounting services that reflect how seriously she takes the work. Md Jamal Hossain
Jamal holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Islamic University in Bangladesh. With over seven years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, he has provided full-cycle accounting services to small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries and countries. That work included accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting, all done remotely through QuickBooks.
At M&H, Jamal handles day-to-day bookkeeping and client communication. He is the person making sure transactions are categorized correctly, reconciliations are done on time, and clients have what they need when they need it. His experience managing books for a wide range of businesses means he adapts quickly to different industries and workflows, and his attention to detail keeps the work accurate and consistent.
