What This Is

QuickBooks Online is powerful software, but only when it is set up correctly from the start. This service covers the full configuration of your QuickBooks Online account, tailored to your specific business, your industry, and the way you actually operate. We then train you on how to use it so you can manage it confidently going forward.

A lot of business owners sign up for QuickBooks and start entering transactions without configuring the chart of accounts, connecting bank feeds properly, or understanding what the categories even mean. That leads to messy data that eventually has to be cleaned up. This service prevents that from happening in the first place.

The Setup

We build out your chart of accounts based on your business type, connect your bank and credit card feeds, configure your invoicing and bill payment settings, set up sales tax if applicable, and establish the categories and classes that will make your reports actually useful. The Training

Once the system is configured, we walk you through how to use it.
